Important – relates to your phone calls
Because of the number of phone calls received from you – currently up to a 100 daily I have to switch off the possibility of leaving voice messages on my mobile. Try to imagine the situation when you call and the other person leaves the message on the second line. A moment later the third person calls and the voice mail calls me back on the second line. Checking the messages on the voice mail is not possible in such cases.
I would always like to be on your service. However if you hear the information that you wait in a queue of waiting people please be so kind and call me patiently until you reach me.
I am very sorry for the inconvinience it may cause.

NEW GIFT FROM NATIONAL HEALTH FOUND
Since July we have had new prescriptions with coding. This system is aimed in reducing the possibilities for the doctors to prescribe the medicines apart from their area of specialty. Every prescription bears a unique code of a doctor and a prescription number.
Every doctor has to personally queue to get the codes, than to get the prescription forms, a little bit as it was with meat reglamentation during the communism time.
It seems that between July and August every doctor will have to print out the prescription forms on his own home printer. Since August such system can be maintained or the chosen printing houses will prepare the prescriptions with additional security means upon the orders
Please find below some of the facts important from the patient point of view:
You need to present the document confirming you are insured to get the prescription for refunded medicine. RUM document does not serve the purpose! The stamped insurance document or your account statement showing the payments to the National Insurance Company are the only documents entitling you for the refunded medicine prescription.
The full price medicines will be prescribed as currently.
As every prescription bears the unique doctor’s code there will be no possibility for me – the dermatologist – to prescribe the pills against high blood preassure unless the dermatological treatment requires it. However such tablets can be always prescribed as full price medicines.

IMPORTANT!!! RELATED TO THE MESSAGES FROM YOU ASKING ME TO CALL YOU BACK
There is absolutely no problem and I will be happy to call you back as long as your telephone number is visible on my mobile, it is not restricted number, and it is the number you expect me to call you back. If not calling you back creates the problem, because I do not have your number at all, or you leave a number but I am just driving a car and cannot write it down. It is also worth mentioning that sometimes the number left on the voice mail is difficult to decipher at all because of the noises at the background. However when you call me from your mobile calling you back is just a question of pressing one button and does not create any trouble at all.
Currently I receive 30-50 phone calls daily. I can call you back only if the above listed conditions are met.
Please do not save and avoid calling me from you workplace if you have a central phone system there. They will not be able to put me throu.
In relation to the restricted numbers and old phone systems – such numbers are not visible for the mobiles. Everyday I receive several such calls from the banks, insurance companies and etcetera with many strange offers. In the close future I do not intend to answer these calls at all because of my time limitations and my security. So please be so kind and check whether your number is visible for the mobiles.
All above relates to my mobile number and my consulting room land line.
